Yes! All of our products are regulated and safe. If you have skin sensitivities, you should always test on a small area before totally applying.

Because VT is a Korean-based company, most of the packaging will have Korean writing. Don’t worry, there will be English directions and you can always refer back to our website for proper detailed information.

Since myVTxBTS is an authorized U.S. distributor and seller, myVTxBTS products are 100% genuine.  All of our products come with seals and holograms on the box.

No, we do not. All testing is conducted ethically.

Shipping questions

We ship to all 50 states as well as various other locations. Shipping times vary.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via major carriers with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by major carriers with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We ship from right here in the USA! This means you’ll receive your 100% genuine products faster than if you were to choose an international third-party seller.

Questions About Returns

Products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
